CORMAK C6090

C6090 CNC Routers are professional precision machines designed for processing small-sized materials such as wood, chipboard, plywood, MDF, OSB, as well as plastics (PVC, plexiglass, dibond) and light metals.

Each machine purchase includes training at the CORMAK headquarters free of charge.
Optionally available – the latest UCanCAM V13 software with Polish language version.

Drive System
High-power motors are used to drive the machines, providing excellent acceleration and speeds across all axes. The X and Y axes feature high-quality, user-praised rack-and-pinion systems for durability and precise movement. The Z-axis is driven by a high-quality ball screw. All axes move on linear rail guides. The machine is equipped with a drive height sensor.

Spindle
The routing head features a high-class, brushless spindle renowned for its durability and reliability. Liquid cooling system ensures efficient operation. The spindle is built with high-quality machine bearings, noted for very quiet operation and increased longevity. Tool height measurement sensor is included. Spindle speed range is from 6,000 to 24,000 RPM.

Software
OPTIONAL: The latest UCanCAM V13 software with Polish language support (the software allows import of files from Corel, Autocad, etc.; file import/export, editor, text input and many other functions). UCanCAM enables fast and easy design of elements, which are then converted to G-code. Ready-made files from other programs can also be imported. The machine features last G-code path memory (in case of failure or power blackout, machine resumes from last point without time or material loss).

DSP Control
Digital Signal Processing – Digital signal processing controller has its own processor and memory to ensure reliable operation and easy machine use. The DSP controller guarantees smooth workflow and precision. After power loss, reinitializing the program is unnecessary. The controller’s built-in memory allows the machine to operate without reloading the program each time.
