1. Image Processing System
Equipped with hardware and software that allow the detection of various defects, depending on sorting requirements: typically by color, in basic settings by light/dark detection, as well as by shape and size. Up to 16 criteria possible. Sorting programs and individual sorting filters can be saved.

2. Ejection Unit, including 6 solenoid valves with 9 nozzles each for ejecting rejected products.

3. Mechanical structure consisting of:
• Stainless steel or coated aluminum parts for all product-contact surfaces;
• Chute usable on both sides
• Frame made of painted steel with food-grade coating for all other parts

The color sorter is currently equipped for operation with a single chute. The current frame allows for expansion to three chutes.
