Note on machine concept:
Fully automated 24/7 complete machining of cubic parts. Material feed via bar loader D100 / 3000 mm for round and profile material. Rotary table as positioning axis and machining of the 4 lateral sides via vertical milling spindle. Face (5th side) machined horizontally with swivel head. Clamping of the workpiece via vices, sawing off the workpiece, and 180-degree rotation; machining of the 6th side horizontally also with a swivel head. Part removal and discharge system feeds into part storage.

Note on machine condition:
The machine underwent a factory overhaul and technical update at Chiron (CMS) in 2017.

The last spindle replacement was carried out in September 2025.

The machine was last serviced by the manufacturer in October 2025 (major annual service, 4,000 h).

From purchase until today, the machine has been continuously maintained, repaired, and kept up to date technically by the manufacturer under a full service contract (preventive maintenance).
