Drum Shot Blasting Machine;

Consists of a Cabinet, Turbine System, Recycling System, Filtration System, Control Panel, Platform, Hydraulic Loading-Unloading Unit, and Vibrating Screen.

Blasting is carried out as the rubber belt wound around three drums rotates the virtual barrel-shaped chamber and, during this operation, the turbine propels steel shots onto the parts.

The blasting cabinet is manufactured from ST-37 steel plate. The areas directly targeted by the turbines in the hot point are reinforced with manganese abrasion-resistant plate, while other sections are supported by Hardox plate. (Full manganese lining is available as an option.)

The abrasion-resistant plating is designed to be bolted, allowing for easy replacement by your authorized personnel in case of future wear-related part changes.

Dimensions of the TK - 6 PREMIUM machine: Drum Diameter Ø: 1000 mm x Length Between Discs L: 1200 mm, with a load capacity of 800 kg. Turbine specifications: 2 x F300 type Ø 320 mm, 7.5 kW motor. Equipped with a Rubber Belt Conveyor.
