Loading:
Pipes are placed onto a roller or belt conveyor system, allowing smooth transport.
Transport:
Pipes are automatically fed into the blasting chamber using a roller conveyor or through-feed line.
Blasting process:
Inside the chamber, high-speed turbines propel steel shot or other abrasive media onto the pipe surface.
During the process, the pipe rotates and advances, ensuring uniform cleaning of the entire surface.
Abrasive cleaning and recovery:
Used abrasive is automatically collected, filtered, and recycled.
Dust and contaminants are removed via an industrial extraction and filtration system.
