Aprašymas
A sandblasting cabinet is an enclosed system used for cleaning, roughening, or preparing the surfaces of small and medium-sized components prior to painting, coating, or further processing.
Unlike large blasting chambers, the cabinet is compact and self-contained, allowing the operator to work in a controlled, dust-free, and safe environment.
⚙️ Key Features of the Sandblasting Cabinet
Enclosed Work Area:
Bedpfx Aboxr Awajlelp
The cabinet is completely sealed. The operator manipulates the process through rubber sleeves (gloves) and observes the interior through a transparent protective window.
Nozzle System (Blasting):
Compressed air mixes with abrasive material (e.g., sand, corundum, steel shot, glass beads) and forcefully strikes the surface of the workpiece.
Internal Lighting:
The interior of the cabinet is equipped with strong LED lighting, providing excellent visibility during operation.
Dust Extraction / Filtration System:
Removes dust generated during blasting, cleans the air, and protects the operator’s health.
Abrasive Recovery System:
Used abrasive falls into a hopper, is sieved, and reused — making the process economical and environmentally friendly.
Ergonomic Design:
Features a comfortable working height, a wide observation window, and foot pedal controls to facilitate operation.
🧩 Types of Sandblasting Cabinets
Pressure Cabinets:
Eject abrasive material at high pressure — ideal for removing heavy rust, paint, and scale.
Suction (Venturi) Cabinets:
Draw and accelerate abrasive using air — used for delicate and precision work.
Automatic Cabinets with Rotating Table:
Equipped with rotating tables, allowing for even and fully automated surface processing.
