The Through-Feed Hanging Shot Blasting Machine is an automated surface cleaning system, primarily used for removing rust, scale, paint, or other contaminants from metal surfaces.

In this system, workpieces are suspended on an overhead conveyor and continuously transported through the blasting chamber, ensuring high efficiency and consistent treatment quality.

Loading:
Workpieces are suspended on rotating hooks or hangers attached to the overhead conveyor.
Transport:
The conveyor automatically transfers the workpieces into the shot blasting chamber.
Blasting Process:
Inside the chamber, high-speed turbines throw steel shot or other abrasive media onto the surfaces of the workpieces. This removes rust, scale, burrs, old paint coatings, and other contaminants.
Hook Rotation:
The hooks usually rotate to ensure even cleaning of the entire surface.
Unloading and Abrasive Recovery:
After blasting, the workpieces are conveyed out of the chamber. The used abrasive is recovered and recycled, while dust is extracted by the filtration system.
