The system consists of the following components: - Mash/lauter tun made of stainless steel for mashing in, mashing and separation of the mash. Separate control of the thermal oil-heated side wall and bottom heating. The double-walled vessel is insulated and has a polished interior surface. The top-mounted motor drives the cutting and mixing mechanism with continuously adjustable speed. For lautering, there is a multi-part perforated false bottom and for spent grain removal, a rectangular manway on the side. Furthermore, the tank is equipped with a hinged lid, CIP spray head, temperature sensor, and spraying unit. - Wort kettle/whirlpool made of stainless steel. The vessel is double-walled and fitted with welded heating zones in the shell and bottom, which are heated by thermal oil.
