Canol Canolino 5.2

Canol Fine Pastry Line "Canolino" 5.2 (with a total length of approx. 670 cm)

Fine pastry / dough processing line "Canolino" 5.2 with approx. 65 x 520 cm plastic working belt, year of construction 2004, designed for the production of a wide variety of products such as various puff pastry items with or without filling, yeast dough products, and other bakery specialties.

The "Canolino" line is easy to operate and built in a modular, mobile design; it features a dough sheet calibrating head, a wide selection of different cutting rollers (including a croissant roller and a special roller for “Stutenkerle”), a water-drop moistening station, a volumetric filling head (V4 F) / electric screw-type filler with 4 outlets, suitable for dosing creamy products with spot, continuous, or interval dosing, a motorized rolling roller (e.g., for snails or other rolled products), various rolling and folding tools as well as compression rollers, and a motorized guillotine blade for cross-cutting. Perfect for use in small and medium-sized bakeries.

The comprehensive and easy-to-mount accessories can be changed quickly and almost without tools. The electric guillotine can also be repositioned as needed. The system is largely manually controlled, which makes for very simple operation and durability.

All components and accessories are electrically operated (including the dosing unit and the guillotine blade), so no compressed air is required.
