High-Performance Saw-Splitter with 20 Tons Splitting Force - Brugger SA48 Pro!

The Brugger SA48 Pro saw-splitter is the ideal solution for quickly and effortlessly processing logs with diameters up to 48 cm into high-quality firewood.

Its well-thought-out yet simple design distinguishes this machine, requiring minimal maintenance and making repairs straightforward.

This impressive unit is available with a choice of a powerful 14 HP Kohler petrol engine, a 9.5 kW 400V electric motor, or PTO drive for three-point hitch operation.

The SA48 Pro dispenses with electronic controls and is instead operated purely mechanically via components such as hydraulic valves with levers.

Despite its high splitting force and large diameter capacity, the saw-splitter remains relatively compact. Equipped with a tow bar, it can be attached to any trailer hitch for easy transport.

Additionally, two people can easily move the saw-splitter by hand on a level surface, without the need for a vehicle.

The log length can be steplessly adjusted up to 55 cm. The splitting wedge can be moved up or down into various positions using a hand lever, allowing you to split the wood into 2, 4, 6, or even 8 sections, depending on log thickness.

Optionally available accessories such as the log lifter or chain conveyor make the job even easier.

Several logs can be loaded onto the chain conveyor using a forklift, crane, or front loader, eliminating the need to lift individual logs by hand.

The SA27 Pro has been replaced by the improved SA48 Pro model.
