The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT no. RO27987796, registration number: 2A0522, by insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian as judicial liquidator of the company ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy (în faliment, in bankruptcy, en faillite), with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Cluj Trade Register under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Sentence no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 pronounced by the Specialized Tribunal of Cluj in file no. 442/1285/2025,

organises a public auction with open outcry and increasing bids, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj County. In case the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset viewings, the judicial liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00-12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and express their intention to participate prior to the set date.

Throughout the auction process, the judicial liquidator may schedule additional viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

Upon awarding the asset, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the awarded goods. The price in RON will be calculated at the date of invoice issuance, using the exchange rate published by the National Bank of Romania (BNR) for that day.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction dossier for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practice, will include the auction participation regulations, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT for assets valued up to 5,000 euro and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets valued over 5,000 euro. It can be obtained from the liquidator’s office, or by phone and will then be sent to the participant by e-mail.

The participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documents for the auction, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant is declared the winner and will be refunded to those who are not declared winners.

In case of equal bids, the asset will be awarded to the participant who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest term.

The payment term is 5 working days from the awarding. If the full price is not paid, the winning bidder will lose the advance paid as a guarantee and will no longer be allowed to participate in subsequent auctions.
