Condition of the baler:
The baler was in use at a production facility exclusively for compacting cardboard and was regularly serviced. With only 13,209 operating hours, the machine has seen relatively little use. The baler has been partially overhauled in our workshop and has undergone final testing.

The following overhaul work was carried out:
- Machine cleaned
- Bale retainer checked for smooth operation and lubricated
- Light barrier replaced
- Twister unit completely dismantled, all bearings replaced, all plastic guides replaced, lubricated, and chain tension adjusted
- Knife and counter-knife dismantled, sharpened, reassembled
- Knife clearance reset
- General maintenance performed and lubricated

Scope of delivery:
- 1 baler with wire spool boxes, without wire (6850 x 1950 x 2650 mm)
- 1 bale chute (5100 x 1150 x 450 mm)
- 1 wire spool box for floor mounting (1450 x 380 x 360 mm)
To remove the baler, you will need a tautliner with an effective internal height of 2700 mm.
