We develop production lines for small, medium, and large companies manufacturing timber frame walls, floor slabs, and roof panels.

On this listing we offer the ER-01H ASSEMBLY AND ROTARY TABLE, 9m length (other lengths available: 6.0m; 7.5m; 9.0m; 10.5m; 12m. Modular design allows table extension, e.g. from 6m to 9m, etc. (increments of 1.5m)).
ER-01H tables can be extended with a second wing (control system and hydraulic pump are pre-configured for connection of a second wing).

The single-wing ER-01H rotary table is a versatile workstation for the prefabrication of timber frame walls. ER-01H tables can be used as standalone workstations or as part of a production line in a base, central, or final position.
The ER-01H tables can be equipped with sets of horizontal pneumatically liftable rollers and vertical roller pins. The modular design allows future modification of the table length by replacing several load-bearing elements.
Table rotation range: 0° to 81°, with the possibility to unlock up to 91° for production line applications.

We also offer dedicated transport trolleys for the ER-01H tables, making it possible to transfer the finished prefabricated element directly from the table.
