EASYSTICK is the automated and easy-to-set stop system for drilling and fitting insertion machines. From quick and easy setup to perfect results, your entire process is optimized: the drilling positions are determined digitally, the stops move automatically, and guide you step by step to the correct positions: position the workpiece, drill, done!

Equipped with EASYSTICK, planning and processing on the MINIPRESS top are digitized. You can either plan directly at the machine or import your planning data from a cabinet configurator – quickly and easily via WLAN or USB stick. The imported production data can be accessed and further processed directly. The EASYSTICK computer also allows you to make processing settings directly on the MINIPRESS top. Enter cabinet data and front dimensions, select fittings: EASYSTICK automatically determines the drilling positions for you.

Thanks to EASYSTICK, the MINIPRESS top automatically adjusts the stop positions. The drill carriage moves automatically on the Y-axis, while the work table and ruler remain in the same position – simple to set up and precise. The MINIPRESS top provides a reach of up to 350 mm by adjusting the drill carriage, allowing you to drill central row holes in deep cabinets, for example.

With the MINIPRESS top, you need only one machine for all vertical and horizontal drilling. Using the horizontal drilling unit of the MINIPRESS top, you can perform construction drillings – for example, for dowels and connectors – with precision. The horizontal drilling unit is easily accessible and simple to adjust and operate."
