For sale is a bioteg MCBF 3000 QSW biofilter system for exhaust air purification and odour reduction, designed for an air flow rate of up to 3,000 m³/h. The system was decommissioned due to an official order, is technically complete, and was engineered for fully automated, continuous outdoor operation.

The system comprises a double-walled biofilter container (outer shell: steel, inner: PE-HD), a pre-connected exhaust air humidifier (cross-flow scrubber), a radial fan with frequency converter, and a separate technical compartment with control cabinet. The filter bed is filled with approx. 30 m³ of durable, longitudinally split root wood, offering high shape stability and low compaction.

The biofilter complies with VDI Guideline 3477 and ATV Data Sheet 204, achieving high purification performance (up to 97% odour reduction, 98% H₂S, 97% NH₃ under design conditions). Maintenance requirements are low (regular visual inspections, annual servicing).
