Features and technical data:

- Berkmann extraction systems operate according to the principle of displacement flow. This means that a negative pressure is created on the wall side of the room, while on the opposite side, the supply air unit creates a positive pressure.

- Nearly all of the room air flows in a directed and low-turbulence manner from the supply air side towards the exhaust air side.

- Paint mist generated in the airflow area is captured and extracted.

- With Berkmann extraction systems, air is extracted throughout the entire area, not just at the intake area of the spray wall as with conventional systems.

- This allows for the coating of larger parts as well.

- It is also not necessary to work directly in front of the extraction device.

- Thanks to the patented "gap extraction" system, high extraction velocities are achieved at all sides (including the floor area, where solvents accumulate).

- The special arrangement makes it possible to accommodate extremely large filter areas, resulting in exceptionally long filter lifespans.
