Maximum positioning accuracy is achieved by the new “B&S positioning system”.
An intelligent NC control unit ensures smooth interaction between the linear encoder and the self-braking positioning motor, combined with a reliable hydraulic brake via large-radial central positioning.
The work table is mounted on high-quality preloaded bearings, ensuring exceptionally smooth rotation.
CNC control
The CNC controller enables programming of up to 90 cutting programs with varying cut lengths, quantities, and mitres.
Double-sided clamping positioning system
The B&S pusher system, feeding and positioning unit, is equipped with "double-sided opening gripping tongs" that are hydraulically operated. This ensures secure gripping and transportation of materials and bundles that may deviate from the ideal shape. The pusher system is constructed separately and guided by precision ball-bearing linear guides, ground rack and pinion, and a heavy-duty, frequency-driven gear motor.
