Double Scissor Lift Table Type TMH 6000 *Customized Manufacture

Beck lift tables bear the CE mark. They are manufactured in accordance with the applicable lift table regulations and comply with the Machinery Directive as well as EN 1570.

All steel components are cleaned, primed with anti-corrosion paint, and coated with a two-component polyurethane topcoat.

Base frame and platform are finished in Blue RAL 5015, the scissors in Orange RAL 2003. This provides a robust and durable surface treatment.

With the new units, the system has been modified with a pipe rupture valve. Newly added is a 3/2 valve which, in combination with the solenoid valve, ensures safety according to EN 1570. The valves are mounted on the cylinder, not on the power pack.

Furthermore, the lowering time is fixed and not adjustable. A different lowering speed can be provided at no extra cost. An adjustable lowering time is also available for an additional charge.

The tables are designed for an electrical connection of 3 x 400V/50Hz + protective earth, without neutral conductor. The control box is mounted directly on the motor. The control voltage for all functions is 24 V DC. Both the control box with control board and the operating box meet protection class IP65; the table as a whole is rated IP54.

All motors operate at 1400 rpm, ensuring high motor longevity and low noise levels of the hydraulic system. All tables meet the applicable noise protection regulations and operate from 52 dBA.
