Illuminated outfeed zone for quality control.
3 washing zones, each with its own water tank:
- The first tank supplies brush pair no. 1, is electrically heated, and is filled with a water/detergent mixture.
- The second tank supplies brush pair no. 2, with cold water used for rinsing.
- The third tank serves washing zone 3, equipped with spray nozzles for final rinsing with pure water.
Subsequently, the glass passes through a drying zone using air jets powered by a fan.
The machine is designed for glass heights up to 1600mm but is open at the top to allow processing of taller glass sheets.
Maximum glass thickness: 20mm.

Infeed section length: 1400mm; main machine body length: 1820mm; outfeed section length: 2000mm.
Automatic stop for the feed rollers when the glass reaches the end of the outfeed zone.
Operating manual, spare parts list, and wiring diagram are included.
The machine has been regularly maintained and is ready for operation. It will be dismantled in calendar weeks 31/32 of 2025.
