Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county, VAT RO27987796, registration number 2A0522, represented by the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian as judicial liquidator of the company ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, headquartered in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj county, registered with the Trade Register attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed under Civil Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 pronounced by the Specialized Cluj Tribunal in file no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction with ascending price, for the individual sale of the asset identified below:
Conventional timber dryer (air/steam ventilation) Baschild Italia, equipped with 6 chambers and a useful drying capacity of 300 cubic meters, manufactured in 2005 – price 36,900 Euro + VAT.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. In case of non-award, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For viewing the asset, the judicial liquidator will arrange a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00–12:00. Those interested in viewing are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at phone number 0763 478 619 and express their intention to participate, before the set date.

During the organization of public auction sessions, the judicial liquidator will organize further viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

In case of an award, the judicial liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice for the value of the awarded goods. The price will be converted into RON at the exchange rate established by the National Bank of Romania on the invoice date.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The tender book for auction participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator according to standard practices, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 5,000 RON + VAT. It can be purchased from the liquidator’s office or by phone, following which it will be sent by e-mail to the participant.

The auction participation guarantee will amount to 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the liquidator’s office. The auction guarantee will be deducted from the price of the asset for the successful bidder and refunded to those who are not declared winners.

In case of identical bids, the asset will be awarded to the person who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest possible time.

The payment term for the price is 5 working days from the award date. If the remaining balance is not paid, the successful bidder will forfeit the deposit paid as guarantee and will no longer be eligible to participate in subsequent auctions.
