1 used painting line, with circulating conveyor belt, manual paint booth for samples, automatic paint booth with robot and workpiece rotary holder, reverse osmosis system for DI water, paint preparation, and exhaust air treatment.

The line is operated in two-shift serial production.
Manual loading and unloading onto a conveyor belt; otherwise fully automatic.

18.7.25: Update:
Dismantling will begin in September 2025 at the Lohr plant and must be carried out by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all costs related to dismantling, packaging, collection, and transport to their own facility (FCA).
The area must be completely vacated by mid-January 2026 at the latest, for installation of new manufacturing machinery.

Due to the complexity of the dismantling process, early and careful planning with the dismantling company is required. Prompt contact with or on-site visits to the plant are also recommended.
