Manufacturer’s description – Roller Coating Machine Dosing System DWO

For roller application of liquid media such as glue (including PU adhesive suitable for machines, cold), oil, UV oil, wax, stain, paint, mordant, lye, etc. onto flat carrier materials such as wood, cork, cardboard, rigid foam, soft foam, metal, granite, etc.
Oiling, waxing, lye application and staining of furniture, planks and parquet are readily possible.
Application of very small quantities, e.g. UV oil 5 g/m² in either small or large series. The liquid dosing is finely adjustable via the dosing roller. The texture of the roller surface determines the minimum application quantity: coarse, medium or fine grooved, open-pored, fine-pored, or smooth.

Rollers are available in various hardness levels and chemical resistances. Each roller can be removed for cleaning within half a minute. All components – except the drive – are made from high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials such as V2A (stainless steel) and aluminium.

This machine was used for applying dispersion adhesive in the bonding of PU foams and is equipped with an optional stainless steel application roller (fine-ground, at additional cost).
