The machine is equipped with a Heidenhain iTNC 530 HSCI CNC control system and features a movable control panel with a handwheel, providing comfortable and precise operation.

The main spindle reaches speeds of up to 10,000 rpm and delivers 25 kW of continuous power (100% duty cycle) and 40 kW at 40% duty cycle. The SK40 tool holder ensures high flexibility in tool selection. For demanding machining processes, the machine is fitted with through-spindle coolant (IKZ) at 20 bar.

Tool changes are performed via a chain magazine with 22 tool stations, allowing for fast and reliable tool changes.

A two-axis swivel milling head significantly expands machining capabilities. The A-axis has a swivel range of 180°, and the B-axis offers 360°, enabling complex machining from various angles.

Additional features include Heidenhain linear measuring systems on the X, Y, and Z axes, ensuring high positioning accuracy. Hardened precision guides with Turcite counter guides provide smooth running characteristics, high rigidity, and long-term machining accuracy.

The machine is also equipped with an internal coolant system (IKZ) that allows for efficient cooling directly at the cutting edge, offering particular advantages in demanding machining processes.
