Drum mixer FM-200 equipped with modern frequency inverter control and timer function, ideal for industrial use. The machine features stepless speed regulation ranging from approx. 6 to 26 rpm, allowing different mixing processes to be optimally adjusted. Thanks to the integrated timer, the operating time can be set precisely; after the preset time (up to a maximum of 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds) has elapsed, the machine automatically stops.

Control is based on reliable Siemens technology, housed in a robust Rittal control cabinet. For enhanced safety, a brake motor securely locks the drum holder during loading. This can be released via a push button in the handling area when manual rotation is required.

Additional features include an emergency stop switch and electronic monitoring of the safety enclosure with automatic machine stop. The machine is delivered ready for connection with a 5-meter power cord including a CEE 16A plug.

Particularly practical is the integrated steel drip tray with a volume of approx. 220 liters. It is designed so that when moved, it slides together with the safety enclosure under the machine, thereby clearing the handling area. The machine is also forklift-compatible and can therefore be easily transported and loaded.

A major advantage of this machine is its flexibility: The manufacturer offers various collets, allowing the machine to handle different container sizes in addition to the currently installed mount for a 200-liter tight-head drum.
