The high-performance, mobile welding fume extractors AL-KO CLEAN UNIT F are the ideal solution for extracting fumes during manual welding, at automated welding stations, or welding robots.

Functionality:
The welding fumes generated at the welding site are captured, for example, via extraction arms and hoods, and conveyed through a duct to the AL-KO CLEAN UNIT F's suction port. In a generously sized pre-separation chamber, coarse particles are pre-filtered. The following filter cartridges of dust class “M” capture the remaining fine dust. During extraction operation, the differential pressure-controlled filter cleaning system removes adhered particles from the filter cartridges. Venturi nozzles on the filter cartridges enhance cleaning efficiency, ensuring consistent suction power and long filter service life. A volumetric flow monitor continuously checks the required suction performance and alerts if the target value falls below specification. The cleaned dust is collected in an easily maneuverable container. The purified air is returned to the room via the unit's top section.
