For all industrial processes where dust and coarse particles are released, the AL-KO CLEAN UNIT D series clean air dedusters are the right choice. Thanks to their powerful fans and highly efficient filter cartridges, these mobile extraction systems ensure clean air not only in metalworking but also in the plastics, food, and chemical industries.

Functionality:
Dust and coarse particles are extracted directly at the machine or via collection hoods and transported through a suction line to the connection port of the AL-KO CLEAN UNIT D. In a generously sized pre-separation chamber, coarse particles are separated out. The subsequently arranged filter cartridges of dust class "M" then filter out the remaining fine dust. The differential-pressure-controlled filter cleaning system removes adhering particles from the filter cartridges even during suction operation. Venturi nozzles on the filter cartridges increase the cleaning effect, ensuring consistent suction power and a long filter service life. The separated dust is collected in an easily mobile container fitted with a collection bag for low-dust disposal. The purified air is then returned to the room via the top of the unit.
