Extraction unit with rotary airlock, little used. The device was a misinstallation—the rotary airlock was never properly connected to a conveying line or container and was therefore used infrequently due to operational inconvenience. However, if a rotary airlock is required, this unit is an excellent solution.

The integrated pre-separator protects the filter bags from direct exposure and, by relaxing the airflow of the extracted air, achieves a high degree of pre-separation. The resulting significant reduction in filter load substantially increases the service life and durability of the filter bags.
The clean-air side fan is housed in an aerodynamically optimized casing. The well-thought-out design of the steel impeller with backward-curved blades achieves maximum efficiency. The motor is located in the return air stream and is enclosed in a sound-attenuated hood.

The PLC control system built into the unit housing features, in addition to manual operation, a connection for automatic ON/OFF switching via a volt-free contact from a machine. The filter cleaning is performed automatically after each extraction cycle.
