Aberlink Halo CNC

The Halo CNC coordinate measuring machine (CMM) from Aberlink combines high precision with affordable metrology. Its bridge-type construction and belt drive for the X, Y, and Z axes make it ideal for use in inspection departments and on the shop floor.

With travel ranges of X 800 mm, Y 1000 or 1600 mm, and Z 600 mm, the Halo CMM offers flexibility for a wide range of measuring requirements. The solid granite table ensures high load capacity and stability.

Thanks to the user-friendly Aberlink 3D measuring software, training time is minimal, enabling precise measurements even without prior experience. The volumetric accuracy is (2.1 + L/250) μm with the TP20 probe, (2.0 + L/250) μm with the TP200 probe, and (1.8 + L/250) μm with the SP25M scanner.

The scale resolution is 0.1 μm. The Halo CMM is a cost-effective solution for precise measurements in various industrial applications.
