This fully automatic KEG cleaning and filling line from ATS Wibbing GmbH, manufactured in 2025, consists of an external KEG washer (AW 75), a KEG cleaning and filling machine (HRF 101), and a complete conveying and transport system. The system is designed to handle a variety of KEG formats. With a capacity of approximately 30–35 KEGs per hour, it is suitable for small and medium-sized breweries or beverage producers. The unit features a Siemens S7-1500 control system and touch-screen HMI, allowing for fully automated operation with guided user interface.
Included in the scope of delivery are a complete transport system, buffer tanks with dosing and conductivity measurement, and all required piping between the machine and the media tanks. The system is offered with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty and is available for delivery within approximately 2–3 months. The enclosed project layout drawing illustrates the full system setup, including KEG washer, cleaning/filling machine, conveyor sections, pallet handling aid, utility station, and expansion vessel.
