Digital Printing System for Carpet and Textile Printing
ChromoJet is a valve-based jet-print technology developed by ZIMMER in 1976, which has since become a standard in carpet printing and the printing of heavy textiles.

The ChromoJet digital printing systems are suitable for all types of pile products in the range of 300 to 1,500 g/sqm.

ChromoJet operates with high-speed valves. The pre-mixed, pressurized special or process colors are injected deep into the surface of the pile with surgical precision, without any machine parts touching the fabric. The result is maximum color penetration and outstanding print resolution.

Dyestuff types:
- Acid and pre-metallized – for printing on polyamide (nylon) and wool
- Disperse – for printing polyester-based carpets
- Cationic – for printing modified (cationic) polyester and acrylic fibers
- Reactive – for printing carpets and mats based on polyamide, wool, or cotton
