ZERMA ZCS

The Zerma ZCS shredder combines leading-edge shredder and granulator technology in a single, compact unit. With the development of this shredder-granulator combination, ZERMA has successfully expanded its product portfolio.

By combining the proven design and high torque of the single-shaft shredder with an extremely efficient granulator, ZERMA delivers a reliable and compact pre-shredding system.

The shredder and the granulator are driven separately, which contributes to better control of the entire process. To further increase efficiency, the ZERMA Smart Drive System is used to constantly monitor the load and adjust the current accordingly, resulting in reduced power consumption.
