When processing long pipes and profiles, conventional granulators encounter significant challenges. In most cases, pits or platforms are required to enable the feeding of long and bulky parts.

For this reason, ZERMA developed the GSP series. Thanks to the nearly horizontal feed hopper, long parts can be fed in easily, and the risk of blockage is eliminated since the machine feeds automatically. If the grinding chamber becomes overfilled, no additional material is accepted until the machine can continue operating without motor overload.

ZERMA also offers a wide range of options, such as extraction systems, conveyor belts, metal detectors, fine material separators, and more.
