ZERMA GSC

The compact granulators of the GSC series are fully soundproofed cutting mills and are therefore particularly quiet in operation. Thanks to its sophisticated design, the integrated soundproofing ensures optimal accessibility to the granulator itself, facilitating knife and screen changes. The noise protection is based on the use of state-of-the-art sound-absorbing materials.

The housings, made from a robust steel/welded construction, in combination with the V-cut rotors (except for the GSC 300/300), provide long service life and universal applications. The tangential housing geometry allows the rotor to efficiently accept and process even bulky feed materials.

All machines in the GSC series always deliver high-quality regrind—regardless of whether the feedstock is injection or blow-moulded waste, profiles, sheets, or films.

The GSC series types are cost-efficient, highly reliable, easy to clean, and feature a long service life.
