Here we have a special separator designed for processing organic waste, biomass, compost, and similar materials. The separator is equipped with special shafts to handle soft materials such as beets, potatoes, and bread, ensuring effective shredding. Organic waste is shredded and torn apart, allowing more bacteria to penetrate. It is ideally suited for turning and aerating compost. We have taken back the separator from a customer who no longer needed it.

The housing was originally intended for a four-shaft separator, but we have modified it to install only three shafts, providing more space between them. The counter-rotating shafts ensure better material feed.

The unit is fitted with a Volvo wheel loader mounting. For compost operation, the loader should weigh approximately 8 t.
