The Terra-Star TSP.155 is the highest-throughput separator in the excavator class from 27t upwards. The housing is equipped with 5 shafts, whereas other manufacturers typically use only 3, already offering a significant throughput advantage. The additional shafts result in a longer screening path, giving the material considerably more space in the direction of movement to loosen up, and the increased gaps between the shafts allow for much more efficient sieving of soil.

Furthermore, the arrangement of the shafts within the housing is also noteworthy. The shafts are positioned at a 15° angle to each other, creating a curve of rotating shafts that effectively guide the material. As a result, the soil material additionally rotates around itself during processing. This is a clear advantage of the Terra-Star system.

This particular separator is equipped with shafts specifically designed for challenging soils. The HX 500 blocks are welded onto a disc, enabling them to dig deeper into the material and transport the soil more efficiently.
