Gamybos metai: 2023, būklė: naudotas, VIOLI VM/TRI25-3s Drawing Bench Year of manufacture: 2023 The VIOLI VM/TRI25-3s drawing bench is a robust and innovative machine designed for precise and efficient metal drawing operations. Featuring a useful length of 3 meters and a powerful traction capacity of 2,500 kg, its patented hydraulic system ensures linear pulling, a compact design, and consistent quality. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Useful length: 3 meters Traction force: 2,500 kg Operating hydraulic pressure: 180 bar Drawing speed: Min. 0 m/min – Max. 17 m/min Drawing reduction: Approximately 15% of section POINTER clamping force: 100 tons Tolerance: 1 mm Power supply: 400 V – 50 Hz Electric power: 9.2 kW Hydraulic oil: ISO 46 Motor power: 9.2 kW – 380 V, 50 Hz Noise: At work station LP < 70 dB(A) Hydraulic system: Proportional hydraulic pump Fodoyl U Sqspfx An Hegh Carriage movement: With ball circulation guides Mobile construction and installation of a carrier for accommodating 1 or more pull rods in line with the carriage Provision for cooling the lubricant oil with the insertion of a stainless steel tube coil in the tank Adjustable die holder Bar support system Lubrication tank with pump Manual opening/closing of the clamp, actuated by pneumatic piston Compliance: The machine is built in accordance with EU conformity regulations. DETAILED FEATURES Operating system: The system uses a hydraulic piston and patented technology to optimize space, guaranteeing lineal stroke. With the drawing hole, it minimizes flexing of the support structure. It allows for a compact die length and a double usable pulling stroke. Clamp return: A patented double-circuit chain technology returns the clamp to its starting point. This allows... The hydraulic piston length to be half of the useful stroke. Traction force: The traction force is in line with the drawing die. Speed control: Manually adjustable speed from 0 to 16 meters per minute (0–16 m/min). Offers precise speed regulation and constant speed due to hydraulics. Tolerance: Tolerance is 1 mm. Hydraulic system: Equipped with a proportional hydraulic pump. Motor power: 9.2 kW – 380 V, 50 Hz. Carriage: Sliding carriage with ball circulation guides. Die holder: Mobile construction and installation for accommodating 10 dies in line with the carriage. Lubrication: Features a lubrication tank with pump and integrated cooling system. Lubricant oil cooled by a stainless steel tube coil inside the tank. Adjustable die holder. Bar support: Comes with a bar support system. Clamp operation: Manual opening and closing of the clamps via pneumatic piston. Control panel: The machine is fitted with a control panel. FUNCTION The VM/TRI253S hydraulic drawing bench is a machine used for cold reduction of the cross-section of metal rods, either with round or shaped profile, as well as hollow or “live” metal tubes. The section reduction is achieved by passing the product through a calibrated drawing die and pulling it using a mechanical clamp with the required force to achieve the section reduction. C...
