The Ventis Nexus 350 is a large-format spray painting booth, specifically designed for vans, panel vans, and buses. Its large working volume, increased air performance, and robust construction make it the ideal solution for body and paint shops in the commercial vehicle sector.
The booth is engineered for intensive, continuous professional use and meets current EU directives and German approval requirements.

🌬️ Airflow – From Ceiling Downwards
The Ventis Nexus 350 utilizes a complete downdraft airflow system, optimized for tall vehicles and long bodies. Supply air is evenly distributed through a full-surface ceiling plenum and directed vertically downward. This design complies with the requirements of DIN EN 16985 (formerly DIN EN 12215) and ensures uniform airflow over roofs, sides, and rear areas.

🧼 Filtration System & Emission Control
The filtration system is built for approved operation as per BImSchG, 31st BImSchV, and TA Luft standards.

🔹 Supply Air Filtration:
Multi-stage ceiling filters with diffusion media reduce dust and particle ingress into the painting process, ensuring reproducible surface quality.
🔹 Exhaust Air Filtration:
High-efficiency filter stages reliably remove paint overspray and particulate emissions. The design supports compliance with typical approval requirements for dust emissions and—depending on the application—TA Luft limits for organic substances in contained exhaust air (e.g. ≤ 50 mg total carbon per m³).

The Ventis Nexus 350 is modular and can be equipped with different heating systems per customer requirements:
