For sale is a Union Gera BFT 110/6 horizontal boring mill.

The machine was manufactured around 1980 and was completely overhauled by us in 2009/2010. Since then, it has been under our professional service and care.

Scope of the overhaul included, among others:
- Electrical system almost completely renewed
- New control cabinet including Siemens S7-200 PLC system
- New Siemens Simodrive 611 drive technology, feed motors Siemens 1FK7
- Heidenhain TNC 124 position controller + electronic handwheel
- Heidenhain linear measuring systems on X, Y, and Z axes
- Heidenhain rotary encoder on B axis (rotary table)
- Spindle drive: three-phase asynchronous motor with DC braking electronics
- Replacement/overhaul of all hydraulic components
- New ball screw drives (KGT) on X and Y axes
- Overhaul of the drive systems of all feed axes
- All axes have been newly scraped
- Refurbishment of lubrication systems for axes and spindle head
- New bearings and overhaul of gearbox components in the spindle head
