Flexibility: The positioning of the 6 double-glazed windows and the metal door (90x200 cm) can be freely configured to your requirements in the standard model at no extra cost.
Insulation: High-quality 5 cm EPS sandwich panels. Optional: PU (polyurethane) or rock wool insulation available.
Roof & Floor: Dual roof protection (5 cm EPS sandwich panels plus an additional trapezoidal sheet), flooring in elegant wood-look PVC.

Standard thickness is 50 mm. This can be upgraded to 80 mm or 100 mm on request. Your advantages:

PREMIUM OPTIONS & SAFETY (surcharges may apply)
The containers are linked on the short sides. The length remains 600 cm, while the width can be expanded in 240-cm increments.
Windows/Doors: Anthracite-colored frames, tilt-and-turn function, triple glazing, or aluminium profiles instead of PVC.
Security: Permanently installed iron window grilles or roller shutters (manual/electric).
Interior Outfitting: Integration of WC, shower, partitions or kitchen areas possible at any time.
Electrics: Modern LED lighting, expandable sockets, fuse box with RCD (residual-current device), and 32 A CEE connection.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Origin: Direct shipping from factory in Turkey. We handle complete customs clearance for you.
Delivery Condition: Units are supplied as partially assembled kits. All necessary connection materials are included. Final assembly (joining of units) is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Options:
SKD (Semi-Knocked Down) Kits: Shipped in three modules (approx. 900 kg each). Only the roof and the connections need to be assembled. Advantage: Minimal labor required.
Flat-Pack (Completely disassembled): The compact solution. Advantage: Maximum savings on transport costs.
⚠️ Important note on unloading: Unloading at the destination must be carried out by the customer. Due to the weight, a crane or suitable forklift is required. Our service: Upon request, we can put you in contact with local providers for unloading services in your area.
PAYMENT TERMS & INVOICING
Business customers (B2B): 50% down payment upon order (proforma), 50% before shipping.
Private customers (B2C): 100% prepayment upon order (proforma).
Bank accounts: Official accounts of VASG KFT at Raiffeisenbank Hungary or Revolut Business.
Note: Prices exclude VAT. We are happy to provide a revised quote including shipping and VAT upon request.
Production: Custom manufacturing takes approx. 7–15 working days.
Shipping times:
AT, DE, IT, HU: 7–14 days after dispatch.
Other EU countries: 10–20 days after dispatch.
