Vertical Broaching Machine Type SRM 2026 – NEW MACHINE:

The primary application is in the production of keyways from 3–28 mm and profiles of similar sizes. The machine's compact design and small footprint make it suitable for small, medium, and large enterprises. Its low price justifies investment even for small series or one-off production.

The drive is provided by a pole-switchable geared brake motor. The maintenance-free double-spindle drive ensures smooth operation, a central pulling point, and constant cutting performance. The open worktable allows even large workpieces to be positioned without hindrance. In most cases, workpieces do not need to be firmly clamped during broaching. Stroke adjustment is managed via adjustable limit switches with stroke limitation. For short hubs/workpieces, several items can be stacked.

Broaching needles, mandrels, and spare parts available at favorable conditions on request.
