Double-chamber unit: Washing chamber no. 1 and cooling chamber no. 2, both equipped with three pneumatic doors.

Throughfeed type: baskets are loaded from one side and unloaded from the opposite side, performing the complete cycle.

Parts are loaded using a mobile trolley on the washing chamber side, transferred automatically through the cooling chamber, and then unloaded from the cooling chamber side.

• Automatic transfer between chambers via transfer mechanism.
• Basket rotation with safety clutch.
• Can accommodate a basket with ø1060mm, useful internal diameter 980mm.
• Useful internal height 1000 mm / Max load capacity: 500 kg.
• Washing tank: 280 L, with level control and axial INOX stainless steel wash pump.
• Dosatron soap dispenser for washing tank: 3-10% dosage.

• System constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel (except for safety containment tray, external frames, and exterior paneling—painted carbon steel).
