The TUKSTON stone separator has been engineered to provide a cost-effective solution for ejecting contaminants. The inclination, speed, and feed area can be continuously adjusted to achieve optimal separation precision.

TUKSTON is used downstream of a screening machine, either in the fine, medium, or oversize fraction – depending on requirements.

Simply combine the existing screening machine with TUKSTON and TUKWIND to separate foreign materials such as metals, stones, and plastics. The screening machine remains fully mobile and can thus be easily relocated for cleaning or for screening other materials.

Easy separation of:
- Rolling contaminants (stones)
- Ferrous metals (optional magnetic roller with 2–20 kg pull strength)
- Light materials such as plastic films, wood chips, hard plastics, styrofoam, etc. (optional TUKWIND air separator)
- Suitable for: compost, excavated soil, brick chippings, recycled/RC material, biomass, shredded rootstocks, and much more.

Operation requires only a 16A CEE power socket with just 4 kW power!
