CONTINUOUS SPRING SHOT BLASTING MACHINE (SPRING HARDENING)

Applications:
For shot blasting/hardening of springs in a continuous process. The springs are conveyed through the blasting machine by a drag chain, which is exposed to the blast stream. The conveyor speed of the drag chain is adjustable.

Very little used, approx. 200 operating hours.

The system comprises:
- Machine housing, interior (hardened high-alloy tool steel) with interchangeable blast plates
- Conveyor system
- 2 shot chamber maintenance doors
