The TruPrint 3000 is a versatile medium-format machine (LMF / PBF / LPBF) with industrial part and powder management.
From now on, benefit from even greater flexibility, quality, and productivity for your additive serial production:
Productivity is nearly doubled, independent of component geometry, and part costs are significantly reduced.
Automatic monitoring and calibration of the multilaser during the ongoing build job enables optimum quality for parts printed with multiple lasers.
Latest developments in protective gas flow further enhance part quality and reproducibility.
This is documented in parallel to the build job using melt pool monitoring. Documentation requirements, for example in the medical field, can thus be fulfilled.
The TruPrint 3000 adapts highly flexibly to your individual requirements.
With a build volume of 300 mm diameter and 400 mm height, it is suited for use in a wide range of industries.
Depending on component size and complexity, your preferred workflow, and production volumes, you can flexibly choose between internal or external unpacking—all under protective gas. With external unpacking, you can further reduce the downtime of the 3D printer by working in parallel to the main process.
