The highly productive, semi-automated 3D printing system TruPrint 5000 prepares you for industrial-scale series production. With features such as an optional 500°C preheating and the full-field multilaser setup featuring three 500-watt TRUMPF fiber lasers, you are ideally equipped for highly demanding industrial applications. The machine produces high-quality parts from a range of metallic materials quickly and reliably—and meets the rigorous quality requirements in tool and mould making, also when 3D printing on preform blanks, as well as in aerospace and medical technology sectors. Optionally, the entire process chain can be executed under protective gas atmosphere: sieving, printing, cooling, depowdering. Combined with external part and powder management and TRUMPF’s monitoring solutions, it is perfectly suited for industrial additive series manufacturing.

With the Preform option, the TruPrint 5000 supports hybrid component production. The additively manufactured component structures are built onto a blank. This innovative feature is particularly suitable for easy handling in tool and mould making.
