The 10 series, also known as the Manual Grinder, is Timesavers’ versatile entry-level model and the cost-effective alternative to manual deburring, edge rounding, slag and oxide layer removal, and finishing of metal.

For fast manual deburring, edge rounding, and finishing of metal parts.

The unit on this machine has two sides: one side with a quick-change holder for the grinding wheel and the other side with a holder for a flap brush for edge rounding. The different tool types are suitable for deburring, edge rounding, surface finishing, and removing laser oxide layers or heavy slag. A high-gloss polished surface can also be achieved, if required. Thanks to the 180-degree rotatable shaft, switching between various tools is quick and easy.

The machine features a working surface with a special non-slip coating to hold parts securely during processing. Smaller parts are held in place by the integrated vacuum system. The operation is intuitive, making it a user-friendly machine accessible to all.
