The CombiFlash Companion personal flash chromatography system can be controlled and monitored from anywhere with any internet connection and Microsoft Windows® Explorer. It even notifies you by email once the separation is complete. The system’s advanced automation and communication features offer maximum productivity and carefree operation, allowing you to focus on other tasks while purification is underway. You can also operate the system locally via the touchscreen controller, which offers a clear and user-friendly interface. The optional solvent management module controls up to four solvents online and monitors their levels, ensuring you never run out of solvent.

The Companion uses precision-packed RediSep® Rf columns to obtain more purified material in a shorter time compared to glass columns or other disposable columns. Columns from 4 g up to 330 g can be quickly exchanged without additional hardware, making it easy and fast to scale up from milligrams to several tens of grams of purified sample.

The CombiFlash Companion automatically detects column size and self-programs the optimal conditions for that column. To start a run, simply press “Play.” Since the software is designed specifically for purification (not analysis), you can modify method parameters in real time. To adjust the gradient during a run, simply click on a point in the gradient profile and drag it to the desired value to instantly modify the solvent mixture.
