What is the filtoo?
The newly developed filtoo filter unit from TEKA is a mobile filtration system designed for a wide range of applications involving the filtration of fumes, dusts, and gases. The unit has been tested according to DIN EN ISO 15012-1 (2005) and is IFA (formerly BGIA) certified (IFA no. 201020469/1140) for welding fume class "W3" (separation efficiency: >99.9%). When used as intended, the filtoo is suitable for extracting fumes generated by thermal separation and joining processes during the machining of unalloyed steels, including high-alloy chrome/nickel steels.

How does the filtoo work?
Using an extraction arm or other capture system, contaminated air is drawn into the filter unit. In a multi-stage filtration process, particles/gases are filtered out of the air stream, and the cleaned air is returned to the workspace.

Where can the filtoo be used?
At welding stations, in workshops, for soldering applications, by restorers and in metalworking shops.

What do you get for your money?
You receive a fully operational "Plug and Play system"; only the extraction system must be connected before commissioning.

How is the filtoo constructed?
The housing is made of a robust steel sheet construction and is powder-coated inside and out. The filter elements are accessible via a maintenance hatch, allowing them to be removed quickly and easily. The unit features practical control elements.
