Accessories / Special features:
The high-frequency drilling spindle is mounted in a rectangular quill, performing the feed and rapid retract. This enables significantly higher feed and rapid traverse speeds, as well as much shorter tool travel paths, making operation in the small drilling range much more efficient.
The HF spindle is a GMN spindle type TSSV 120 S, oil-cooled, controlled via REFU.
Hydraulic workpiece clamping tailstock, motor driven, approx. 0.8 kW, with a stroke of approx. 40 mm, quill speed max. 360 rpm, traversable on the table approx. 450 mm longitudinally.
Large machine-mounted drilling oil system with high-pressure pump (approx. 100 bar, 5.5 kW), tank capacity approx. 250 liters with circulation pump and band filter unit, 10 μm (fleece), chip collection container.
Control panel with pressure and effective current display, digital display of spindle speed, feed rate, and coolant temperature, as well as potentiometers for stepless speed and feed rate adjustment.
