The overhaul includes the following work:

- Replacement of HARDOX slide guides
- Replacement of carbon guides on the blade carriage
- Installation of new blade seats (upper/lower)
- Installation of new blades and bolts (upper/lower)
- Welding of worn areas in the shear throat
- Dismantling of both covers, installation of new hinges, installation of new shafts, reassembly
- Overhaul of all four HPR 160D pumps at LINDE Poland
- Sealing of valves at the left/right valve bank
- Installation of new feed cylinder rod (180 x 8.29 m)
- Installation of new feed guiding bushings including seal kit
- Build-up welding on feed block and hold-down, subsequently milling to spec
- Inspection of side cylinders, partial installation of new seal kits as required
- Replacement of piston rods and honing of tubes as needed
- General repair work on hydraulic pipes and clamps, partially
- Replacement of damaged hoses
- General repair work on structural components, covers, and platform construction
- New paint finish for the system
- Steel frame for mounting the machine

Ready for immediate operation. Available from December 2024 with new paint finish.
